Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN at our 240-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

We are looking for LPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to providing exceptional service to our residents and their families. As an LPN at Hammonton Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and support to residents and their families
  • Monitoring residents and administering medication and treatments
  • Documenting resident care services and maintaining accurate records
  • Protecting residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
  • Resolving resident problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
  • Maintaining resident confidence by keeping information confidential
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid LPN license
  • Have experience with Point Click Care (PCCTM) or similar electronic medical records systems
  • Possess basic computer skills and excellent communication skills
  • Be a strong team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
