Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN at our 240-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

We are looking for LPNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to maintaining a warm and nurturing environment. As an LPN at Hammonton Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and support to residents and their families
  • Monitoring residents and administering medication and treatments
  • Documenting resident care services and maintaining accurate records
  • Protecting residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
  • Resolving resident problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
  • Maintaining resident confidence by keeping information confidential
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid LPN license
  • Have experience with Point Click Care (preferable)
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude
