Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting products and services to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote products and services to drive sales and growth, including suggesting items to guests and providing information on promotions and discounts.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, including participating in sales meetings and providing feedback on guest interactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
