Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Eliassen Group. As a key member of our wealth marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning materials that elevate our brand's image and resonate with our ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Design a wide range of materials, including presentations, collateral, advertising, infographics, charts, social media campaigns, email, and event materials that align with our brand's visual identity.
  • Elevate our brand's visual presence through thoughtful, elegant design choices that appeal to a discerning audience.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to our brand standards and maintain a cohesive style.
  • Efficiently execute production-ready deliverables, ensuring seamless and precise outcomes.
  • Work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of design experience, with a portfolio showcasing ability to elevate brands.
  • A proactive individual who can process, react to, and solve problems as they arise.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess the skills and creativity to create compelling designs within an existing brand style guide.
  • Presentation design experience is required.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint), with strong production skills.
  • Experience developing creative for ultra-high-net-worth audiences or for a financial brand is a plus, but not required.
