Your role will involve addressing the most urgent priorities of Formlabs Global Operations, which includes Supply Chain, Customer Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Workplace.

This position necessitates engagement in the strategic architecture of our Global Operations, instituting best practices, and spearheading essential continuous enhancement initiatives.

The Role:
Conduct vital strategic analyses such as supply chain vulnerabilities, facility placements, and growth impediments.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering strategic alliances to build trust and disseminate knowledge within and beyond the team. Work closely with stakeholders to report on and project KPIs across specific programs or regions (e.g., capital expenditure, risk, budget discrepancies, or accruals.)
Oversee multiple programs or initiatives concurrently with exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
Identify and act on opportunities related to processes, tools, and partnerships, emphasizing process optimization, reporting and dashboards, cost management, and procurement.
Collaborate with Global Operations leadership to strategically pinpoint and act on opportunities related to processes, tools, and partnerships, focusing on process optimization, cost management, reporting, and dashboards.
Develop technology roadmaps that address the current and future needs of Global Operations.
Assess technologies that can enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Serve as a thought leader and advisor to the Chief Operating Officer to drive efficiencies and surpass targets.

Demonstrated history of leadership through influence and collaboration at all organizational levels.
A hands-on leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve objectives.

Communication:
Exhibit excellence in organization and communication, working cross-functionally, presenting to executives, and engaging one-on-one with individual contributors.

Experience in developing and managing budgets (including capital budget justification) with strong financial, contract management, strategic planning, and quantitative analysis skills.

Technical proficiency and demonstrated capability in managing technical programs.
