About the Job

LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Concord, CA. As a key member of our Health & Welfare Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Member Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Team Members: Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to our members.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
