As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing renovation projects, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the principles of honesty and integrity in all dealings.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and relevant laws.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members and foster positive interdepartmental relationships.
  • Coordinate with Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators to enhance communication and collaboration.

  • Engage with insurance providers and property owners for correspondence.
  • Adhere to all program and Third-Party Administrator guidelines.
  • Oversee all tradesmen involved in the projects.
  • Review estimates related to the restoration tasks of assigned projects.
  • Achieve operational goals concerning Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Monitor metrics during bi-weekly goal-setting and review sessions.
  • Confirm budgets and work orders prior to project initiation.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and regulations throughout the project.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with vendors and tradesmen to enhance performance.
  • Participate in the collections process as necessary.
  • Work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for Project Managers.
  • Maintain a Compliance Score of 75+ and a Net Promoter Score of 65+.
  • Ensure Gross Margins of 45%+ are achieved.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 5-40 lbs. frequently, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and operating machinery or power tools.
Work Environment:

As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will operate in environments affected by disasters, collaborating with property owners and subcontractors to restore properties to their original condition. This role may involve exposure to hazardous materials and extreme weather conditions.

Travel Requirements:

Regular travel to job sites is necessary, with occasional overnight travel required under special circumstances.
