Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health RN Behavioral to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating the total Plan of Care for patients in the home setting, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their care needs.

You will work closely with other team members to maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the home care setting. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to provide effective guidance and support to patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AAS in Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • 1 year of psychiatric experience as a RN with good working knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis, psychiatric medication, and treatment (within the last 3 years) required
  • 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience as a RN required
  • RN license, NYS Driver's license, and current APNA Transitions in Practice Certificate Required upon hire
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40.80-$50.90 per hour, based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

This position comes with a full-time schedule, with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation. You will have access to ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $84,192 and $106,248, depending on the specific requirements of the role and your qualifications.
