We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center. As a LPN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our team of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Lead and supervise a team of LPNs and caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and document care provided.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State LPN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Supervisory or teaching experience.
