Nephrology Nurse Specialist

DaVita is seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Your compassion, empathy, and strong nursing skills will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
