Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily project operations, including monitoring progress, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely project close-out.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers, architects, and owners to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing as planned and address any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project records, including project schedules, budgets, and correspondence.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior project managers and coordinators as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
