Position Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager in the Construction sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Transportation, Roadway design, and Site development. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all facets of the construction project, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire construction project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to formulate and execute project plans and timelines.
  • Supervise the design and construction of transportation and roadway initiatives, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other software to create detailed project plans and drawings.
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to assess water flow and drainage patterns, developing solutions to address potential flooding and erosion.
  • Work alongside licensed landscape architects to design and implement site development strategies, including green infrastructure and sustainable design features.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, providing updates and addressing issues with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation and roadway design, including familiarity with relevant regulations and software.
  • Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
