Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field equipment walkdowns and P&ID verification
  • Capture data on equipment and facilities using client-developed inspection application
  • Submit reports to the town office on a daily basis
  • Drive company vehicles and maintain them in good condition
  • Submit expenses online
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Engineer or diploma in engineering with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of upstream Oil & Gas fields - onshore wellpads & facilities
Skills:
  • Facility walk-down activities
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering documents, such as P&ID, PFD, Isometrics, Plant Layout, Plot Plan, Equipment General Arrangement & Detail Drawings
  • Ability to sketch P&IDs, PFDs, Equipment Inspection Drawings and Isometric drawings from scratch
  • Ability to collect essential details of critical equipment from nameplates
Working Conditions:

This is a field-based role, 5 days a week, with minimum expectations to:

  • Imbibe safety practices while carrying out tasks
  • Stay overnight outside of Midland at company's cost, if facility is far off from Midland
  • Rent 4x4 vehicle at company's expense, if company's vehicle is not available
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times, and adhere to Coordinator's instructions on day-to-day tasks
