Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientific Affairs Specialist to join our Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting internal content management, process development, and scientific surveillance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct scientific literature reviews to stay up-to-date on the latest research and publications in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology.
- Develop scientific summaries and technical content for internal and external use, including reports, presentations, and communications materials.
- Manage and maintain an internal reference management system to ensure efficient access to relevant scientific information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, and Research, to develop and implement effective scientific strategies and initiatives.
- Design and update various scientific assets, including internal and external-facing documents, infographics, and communications materials, using Figma and other design tools.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency enhancements to support the growth and success of our organization.
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, nutrition, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a related field, preferably in a bioscience or pharmaceutical company.
- Strong scientific writing and communication skills, with the ability to write technical content for less technical audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp, and design tools, such as Figma.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
