Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientific Affairs Specialist to join our Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting internal content management, process development, and scientific surveillance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scientific literature reviews to stay up-to-date on the latest research and publications in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology.
  • Develop and maintain technical content for internal and external use, including scientific summaries and communications materials.
  • Manage and enhance our external portal for business partners and advisory board members, ensuring up-to-date content and optimizing site functionality for improved user experience.
  • Organize and maintain team SharePoint sites with up-to-date scientific resources for other key stakeholders.
  • Drive development of internal processes to improve functional efficiency, including request fulfillment, file storage, and document tracking.
  • Utilize Figma to design and update various scientific assets, including internal and external-facing documents, infographics, and communications materials.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of biochemistry, molecular biology, and its application to human health and physiology.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and aptitude for working on teams in a high-energy and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment with evolving goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in project management, overseeing Scientific Affairs tasks and projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely completion.
  • Excellent organizational skills, highly attentive to detail, and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and identify and solve problems related to process and workflow.
  • Strong scientific writing skills and ability to write scientific content for less technical audiences.
  • Experience with Canva and/or preferably Figma.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, nutrition, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
