  • Manage daily financial analysis and controlling activities.
  • Enhance data transparency and monitoring to support operational improvements and efficiency.
  • Handle month-end activities, including data compilation, journal entry preparation, and general ledger review.
  • Conduct cost accounting for products within the distribution center.
  • Automate financial business processes to increase efficiency.
  • Create reports using financial tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Engage in projects and cost improvement initiatives to facilitate data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the distribution center management team to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to management requests for ad hoc reports and analyses.
  • Provide business forecast projections as required.
  • Support adherence to internal controls and compliance across all areas.
  • Contribute to the automation and enhancement of reporting processes and daily tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in cost accounting, particularly in standard costing and labor overhead rate calculations.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in financial analysis to support fact-based decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS tools.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and Hyperion.
  • Previous experience in operational finance within a business unit or segment.

Additional Information:

This role may require occasional travel, approximately 5% to 10%, including both domestic and international travel.
