Job Summary

The Radiology Technologist operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality images of designated body parts under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. This role requires skills in multiple areas of the hospital, including pediatrics, operating room, portables, fluoroscopy, emergency department, and outpatient procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Work in multiple areas of the hospital, including pediatrics, operating room, portables, fluoroscopy, emergency department, and outpatient procedures
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging
  • Participate in call back rotation at multiple sites
Requirements
  • Graduate Radiologic Technology degree
  • Registered Technologist for Radiography certification
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
  • No experience required, 1 year clinical - Radiology experience preferred
Work Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00am - 5:30pm in the OR

Weekend and Call Requirements
