Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC.

This is a part-time position, working Wednesday and Saturday, 4.5 hours per day, at a rate of $12 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
  • Clean restrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and restock supplies as needed
  • Ensure all lights are on/off and doors are locked when leaving an area
  • Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements

We require a High School Diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position. A background check and drug screen will be conducted in accordance with contractual obligations.
