We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team at Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.
Responsibilities- Parts Order Processing: Receive and process all parts orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain control of parts inventory, including creating bin locations for new stock and notifying customers of parts arrival.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including notifying customers of shortage and damage discrepancies.
- Order Preparation: Prepare items for returns and shipping, and separate orders for each dealership.
- Delivery and Shipping: Deliver parts to a second location and process warranty scrap.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a neat and orderly work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Education: High School diploma required.
- Experience: Parts experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to work as a team player.
- Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license.
