  • Ability to perform a variety of care tasks and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality standards and nursing best practices.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and hospital procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data management.
  • Excellent physical health and stamina.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and capable of managing stressful situations.
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program is essential.
