Job Title: Global Fund Finance Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control all treasury activity to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Work closely with deal teams, fund counsel, tax advisors, and portfolio company management on investment transactions and support
  • Oversee fund liquidity management and forecasting
  • Liaise with fund accountants on deal transaction accounting for GAAP financial statements
  • Manage the investment closing/sale funds flow process alongside the deal team
  • Forecast cash flows and fund capital call needs
  • Manage fund liquidity and credit lines, as well as borrowing base compliance and covenants
  • Manage the expense process and compliance with fund LPAs and firm policies
  • Manage interest rate derivative payments and settlements
  • Assist with special projects and internal ad hoc requests as needed
  • Manage responsibilities and assignments delegated to junior teams
  • Prepare quarterly and ad hoc financial regulatory returns to financial regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of accounting, real estate private equity fund management experience
  • Alternative open-fund management experience a plus
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a dynamic professional environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across multiple levels, functions, and regions
  • Effectively work and communicate with team members to ensure established deadlines are being met in an efficient, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Desire to implement process improvement opportunities
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required
