Job Summary

The Culinary Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes, silverware, and other items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict food safety and sanitary conditions.

Responsibilities
  1. Dishroom Operations: Run dishes and silverware through the dish machine following proper procedures.
  2. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management.
  3. Supply Management: Ensure sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
  4. Floor Care: Sweep and mop the dish room floor at the end of each day and empty the mop bucket.
  5. Chemical Handling: Exercise extreme precaution and carefully follow instructions and procedures when using chemicals.
  6. Uniform and Hygiene: Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
