Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Parkhurst Dining. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.

Responsibilities

• Run dishes and silverware through the dish machine following proper procedures.
• Clean and maintain equipment and areas as designated by management.
• Keep the dishroom clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure a sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
• Clean the dish machine after every meal.
• Sweep and mop the dishroom floor at the end of each day.
• De-lime the dish machine once a week.
• Scrub and soak all stained cups weekly.
• Exercise extreme caution when using chemicals.
• Follow the cleaning schedule and maintain an open line of communication with management.
• Adhere to the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow associates as needed.
