Aerotek is seeking a skilled Production Operator Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in line with ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Product Assembly: Assemble products with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all components meet quality standards.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate equipment and tools with efficiency and effectiveness, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring that production schedules are met.
- Quality Control: Participate in quality control initiatives, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Hard Skills: Product assembly, hand dexterity, ability to work independently, micrometer, caliper, microscope experience, blueprint reading, ability to read and interpret English, inspection, equipment operation, quality inspection, initial product testing.
- Soft Skills: Troubleshooting, efficiency, attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork.
This role is based in a manufacturing environment where you will have the option to sit or stand with raised desks available. You will be part of a small, dynamic team of people, working standard hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm on 1st shift, and 3:30pm to 12:00am on 2nd shift.
