Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all customers and donors, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Restock items on the sales floor according to The Salvation Army's standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Adhere to all cash register and point-of-sale policies in line with organizational procedures.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate or quickly learn to use a cash register.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Flexibility to work 20 hours per week and ensure adequate coverage during store hours.
