The Licensed Rehabilitation Specialist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is accountable for assessing and evaluating patient care requirements related to functional mobility, endurance, pain management, and other health conditions.

Following this assessment and evaluation, the Rehabilitation Specialist collaborates to formulate a treatment strategy, implements interventions aimed at enhancing the patient's health, and monitors the patient's progress.

Licensure Requirements:
Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state
Current CPR certification
Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, along with access to a reliable vehicle.
