Sportsbook Server

Del Lago Resort and Casino is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sportsbook Server to join our team. As a Sportsbook Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience in the Sportsbook lounge area.
• Manage Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the Sportsbook area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Upsell and Promote: Offer guests menu items and promotions, increasing sales and revenue for the Sportsbook.
• Work Effectively as a Team: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience: In a high-volume, upscale establishment, preferably in a sportsbook or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of Sports and Menu: Demonstrate a basic understanding of sports wagering and terminology associated with sports wagering.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
