Dishware Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Dishware Attendant at the Holiday Inn & Conference Center.

Your Responsibilities:

• Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from the stacking area and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Pre-wash items as needed before loading the dishwasher.
• Operate the dishwasher according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Dry dishes and store them properly.
• Ensure a safe working environment by keeping the area clean and dry.
• Mop the work area and kitchen after each shift.

Requirements:

• A pleasant attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This role requires occasional stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will need to stand for 5-hour shifts and work variable hours, including weekends and overtime during special events.
