Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Operations Manager to oversee sanitation processes within our food production facilities. This role is essential for ensuring that our production environments meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sanitation protocols, including chemical safety programs and sanitation expertise.
2. Create, manage, and review the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) to guarantee that all facility areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established timelines.
3. Supervise cleaning procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficiency.
4. Serve as the sanitation subject matter expert, providing training and support to the sanitation team and other personnel.
5. Ensure compliance with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.
6. Continuously evaluate sanitation processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure sanitation activities do not disrupt production workflows.
8. Lead and motivate the sanitation team, ensuring they are well-trained and performing at their best.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sanitation or similar role within the food production or manufacturing sector.
2. Proven track record in managing chemical sanitation safety programs, sanitation expertise, Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), and related cleaning procedures.
3. Strong understanding of sanitation regulations and standards applicable to the food industry.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in sanitation practices.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and inspiring a team.
7. Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including lifting and working in a dynamic environment.
8. A degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
