Speech-Language Pathologist Position in Manchester, Connecticut

Job Summary: Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team in Manchester, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work with students of varying ages, demographics, and disabilities, evaluating their communication skills and developing treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the communication skills of referred students and diagnose speech and/or language disorders.
- Perform evaluations on referred students and make treatment recommendations.
- Participate in and/or conduct individualized education plans (IEPs) to determine student needs.
- Assure the placement of students in the Speech-Language Pathologist program and support SLP objectives on IEPs.
- Schedule students appropriately and provide consultative services to teachers, parents, admins, and allied agencies to integrate educational goals into the classroom and home environment.
Requirements:
- Active State of Connecticut SLP CFY or SLP CCC License
