About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Manchester, NH. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Rehab Without Walls, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and dynamic environment, providing functional rehabilitation to patients in their natural home and community environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
