Compensation

We offer a competitive starting rate of $18-$23 per hour, plus performance and sales bonuses that can exceed $35 per hour for top-performing technicians. Our comprehensive benefits package includes ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan), PTO, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, and 401K options.

Job Description

As a Field Installation Specialist, you'll be responsible for installing and servicing cutting-edge technology solutions, including DISH services, Nest Smart Home technology, and security products. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Meeting sales, service, and installation metrics related to new technology deployments
  • Daily customer home visits and site surveys
  • Positioning and installing satellite equipment or Smart Home devices
  • Educating customers on our services and products, and offering smart home options to resolve their needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • BASIC computer skills and basic electronics/audio/video knowledge
  • Willingness and ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams
  • Experience with power tools
  • Strong work ethic and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs., and navigate small spaces
