Accounting Internship Overview

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. As an Accounting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial management, including accounts payable and receivable systems, financial statement preparation, and analysis.

This is a part-time position working 25 hours a week, with a starting pay of $17 per hour. You will be based at our Bozeman Administrative location.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis
  • Work closely with rental branches and other departments
  • Assist accounting managers with reports and other tasks
  • Involved with accounts payable and receivable functions, cash receipts, and petty cash
  • Assist in accounting schedules and filing
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be enrolled full-time in a college or university in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date of Spring 2025
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
