This role involves assessing, initiating, monitoring, and terminating hemodialysis therapy under the direction of a medical director and in accordance with physician orders, policy, and procedure.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Initiate and monitor hemodialysis therapy, ensuring accurate and timely treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Active RN license and current certifications (e.g., C-AHA BLS)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in acute dialysis or critical care nursing preferred
