Job Overview

Thrifty White Pharmacy is looking for a part-time (nights/weekends) Pharmacy Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently managing the sales transaction process in a friendly and precise manner. Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy workspace is essential, as is greeting customers and offering assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Promote Thrifty White initiatives to patients, including Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, while assisting with patient enrollment.
  • Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise to ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition. Responsible for stocking, cleaning, and organizing pharmacy products.
  • May involve maintaining the health aids department.
  • Adapt to and implement new technologies as they evolve.
  • Exhibit flexibility in adapting to new roles and modifying job responsibilities as necessary.
  • Be willing to assist in various areas of the store or nearby locations as required.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.
Physical Requirements

This role may require prolonged periods of standing. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, use hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to maintain patient confidentiality, and must be at least 18 years of age.
