Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to meet their respiratory needs.
- Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
- Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Teach and counsel patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management.
- Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Current CPR or BCLS certification.
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
