Role OverviewThe AI solution from our technology-driven organization stands out in the market. Our SaaS application is set to be launched as a certified offering on the DoD Cloud. We are in search of a Corporate Development Executive who can elevate our business through strategic partnerships and potential exit strategies. The initial focus will be on crafting and implementing a Go-To-Market strategy for our innovative product.
Following a successful stint as a part-time Business Development consultant, the ideal candidate will have opportunities to transition into more rewarding roles, potentially earning commissions from multimillion-dollar contracts and gaining equity in M&A outcomes.
The consultant is expected to leverage an established network within the defense and aerospace sectors. Key customer and partner domains include NAVAIR, Army aviation, airlines, aircraft MRO service providers, enterprise IT vendors, and consultancies specializing in AI for sustainment.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in selling enterprise software within the Defense/Airlines/Aviation sectors, both directly and through partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals exceeding $1M.
- Corporate development qualifications substantiated by relevant experience.
- Familiarity with AI or Advanced Analytics businesses.
- Strong understanding of and experience in selling Enterprise IT applications.
- Interest in working with a start-up and contributing to its success.
- Experience with M&A transactions is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- All candidates must be US Citizens.
- This role will commence remotely from your home office, with occasional in-person meetings required.
