Sales Development Representative

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Our interns typically earn $24,000+ in their first year, with the potential to increase earnings by more than 40% in subsequent years. We also provide housing and furniture setup for our interns in our markets upon internship acceptance.
Job DescriptionAs a SHIFT marketing intern, you will be responsible for developing and refining your sales skills to generate revenue. You will also learn how to effectively use sales technologies such as CRM's, engage with clients, and promote positivity and creative thinking in the workplace. Additionally, you will demonstrate learned sales skills and abilities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need strong verbal communication skills, organization, scheduling, time management, professionalism, and customer focus. You should also be able to develop a growth mindset and participate in friendly competition and training sessions.
