About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients
  • Manage and supervise a team of therapists and therapy assistants
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve services
Requirements
  • Current license in the state of practice (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant, with a minimum of 3 years preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
  • Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six months
