About the Role:

  • As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical support and assistance to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Responsibilities will include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and other tasks to support our clients' daily needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid current Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification
  • Valid current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid current driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand directions in English
  • Physical ability to lift and transfer clients
  • Enthusiasm for working with elderly and disabled individuals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Prepare and serve meals for clients
  • Provide companionship and support to clients
  • Assist clients with ambulation and household chores
  • Document all services provided and submit documentation in accordance with policies
  • Report any unusual physical conditions or behavioral changes to the supervisor
  • Transport clients and take vital signs as directed
  • Comply with employment policies and additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
