Job Summary

Pyramid Healthcare Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client intake and provide support during the treatment process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct bed checks, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings.
  • Coordinate activities, including lectures, recreation, and meetings, to promote client engagement and well-being.
  • Monitor client schedules, provide interventions, and follow treatment plans.
  • Uphold therapeutic boundaries, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in drug and alcohol/mental health treatment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
