Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator III to join our team at LifeQuest. As a Toddlers Teacher III, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, being alert to their needs and any potential problems.
  • Implement policies to ensure children's personal needs are met in a positive manner, including feeding, napping, and toileting, as well as sick care and scheduling.
  • Attend staff meetings and center events as required.
  • Commit to implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in your classroom routines.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or a related field, including 30 ECE credits.
  • 2 years' experience in a childcare environment (2500 documented hours).
