We are seeking a top-tier Project Coordinator to work in our office in Titusville, FL and on projects along the Space Coast. Our ideal candidate will support the management of electrical projects by gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement and track current and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate status/manpower/estimating meetings, provide agendas with current talking points, and track minutes.
  • Assist with badging and background checks for employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Provide lien releases to clients and assist with AR collections.
  • Maintain and support client relations.
  • Prepare subcontracts, assemble supporting documents, and track subcontractor returns.
  • Complete client pre-qualification packages and prepare gear/lighting packages.
  • Set up and manage Owner Direct Pay (ODP) accounts and new job setup tasks.
  • Maintain and update job lists, track contract values, and enter and track contract change orders.
  • File construction notices and monitor lien rights.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Florida Notary certificate preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and reference check.
