Job Overview

The PromiseLand Daycare and Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team culture, promoting open communication and a shared commitment to excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the educational process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our programs and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our educational programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong background in child development and learning theory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification, with the ability to maintain this certification.
  • A degree in early childhood education or a related field, with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.
