About the role: Personal Injury Case Manager
The Personal Injury Case Manager is a critical support professional who will act as the main liaison for our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing case files, coordinating with insurance companies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
This is a full-time permanent position in Houston, TX, with a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our team uses advanced software, such as Needles Neos, to streamline case management and ensure efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous law firm experience or 5+ years of applicable assistant experience or customer service experience. Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) are also highly valued, given our diverse client base that includes Arabic and Pashto speaking individuals.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide reliable and consistent updates to clients regarding their case progress
• Give reminders to case managers for upcoming tasks and deadlines
• Serve as backup on phones to handle incoming calls when case managers are busy
• Follow up with liability decisions from insurance companies
• Send letters of representation (LORs), letters of protection (LOPs), health insurance notices, and other administrative tasks
• Obtain one-party declaration pages and/or signed rejections
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files with all new information, including insurance adjusters' records, bills, and paperwork from clients
• Send drop letters to clients, providers, and insurance companies
• Handle personal injury/damage claims or guide clients through the process as needed
• Coordinate with medical and demand departments for follow-up on case statuses during the relevant phase
• Set tasks for follow-up purposes in each file
• Utilize Needles Neos software effectively
Requirements:
• Previous law firm experience strongly preferred
• 5+ years of applicable assistant experience or customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills
