Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Restaurant Managers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all beverage and bar services. You will assist in various aspects of beverage service, from ordering and stocking to execution and maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

4. Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and courteously.
5. Ensure compliance with local and state alcohol service regulations.
6. Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory procedures.
7. Stay informed about the restaurant and property offerings.
8. Anticipate the needs of guests and team members proactively.
9. Communicate effectively with management and staff to address guest requests.
10. Uphold health and safety standards in the workplace.
11. Follow inventory control protocols diligently.
12. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
13. Understand the operational setup of the restaurant and bar areas.
14. Provide friendly and professional service consistently.
15. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Lead Mixologist Responsibilities:
1. Manage inventory levels and communicate ordering needs.
2. Stay updated on market trends to keep offerings relevant.
3. Collaborate with Restaurant Managers and Chefs on fresh produce needs.
4. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimize waste.
5. Oversee the quality of garnishes and ensure proper usage.
6. Lead the preparation of signature cocktails for consistency.
7. Maintain adequate supplies of mixers and non-perishable items.
8. Assist in training bartenders and bar backs.
9. Conduct weekly inventory checks and report needs.
10. Ensure adherence to pouring protocols.
11. Collaborate with management on pricing and POS issues.
12. Create innovative cocktail recipes for the menu.
13. Work with the management team to control beverage costs.
14. Assist in organizing special events related to bar services.

General Responsibilities:
1. Communicate clearly and positively with team members.
2. Stay calm and focused during busy periods.
3. Make informed decisions based on experience.
4. Ensure compliance with operational policies including health and safety.

6. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
