Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully complete all Asset Protection/Loss Prevention training requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of our security protocols.
  • Monitor high-risk areas, such as receiving and jewelry, to prevent theft and inventory shrinkage.
  • Utilize two-way communication devices to maintain effective communication with Store Detectives and other security personnel.
  • Prepare and submit prompt and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, audits, and other security-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve security goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and law enforcement.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
