Clinical Psychologist

InGenesis is seeking a skilled Psychologist to provide mental health services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, evaluations, and referrals. If you have a Doctoral Degree in Psychology and a strong background in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health concerns.
- Provide referrals to outside treatment facilities for severe mental disturbances.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice Psychology in the state where the duty station is located.
- Two years of independent practice in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Verbal proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
- Ability to pass a federal government security background check.
- Ability to walk unaided for up to 10 minutes and maintain balance.
- Ability to respond to medical emergencies within 4 minutes.
- Ability to perform CPR/emergency care standing or kneeling.
- Ability to assist sick, injured, or aging detainees or staff during emergencies.
