Job Title: Physical Therapist

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Angels Camp, California.

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses, improving their physical function and overall well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices and techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapies, to promote healing and improve function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient discharge plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and students as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
