Job Title: Physical Therapist Part-time Position

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their physical function.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. This will involve working with patients to identify their needs and goals, and developing individualized treatment plans to achieve those goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical function and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
  • Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Supervise assigned assistants and ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy required
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy preferred
  • Two years' experience in Physical Therapy preferred
  • Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required
  • CPR or BLS certification required
